Do I need professional photos?
No! We actually prefer natural, unedited photos taken with a phone. We want to see the real you - no heavy makeup, filters, or professional lighting needed. Just make sure the photos are clear and well-lit.
I don't meet the height requirements. Can I still apply?
Yes! While height requirements are typical for runway work, we represent models of all sizes for commercial, digital, and influencer work. We encourage everyone to apply.
How long until I hear back?
We review all applications within 5 business days. If we're interested, we'll contact you to schedule an in-person or video meeting. If you don't hear from us, feel free to reapply in 6 months.
Is there a fee to apply or join?
No. Hashtag never charges models to apply or join our agency. We work on commission - we only make money when you make money. Be wary of any agency that asks for upfront fees.
I'm under 18. Can I apply?
Yes, applicants 16-17 years old may apply with parental consent. A parent or guardian will need to be present at any meetings and sign any contracts on your behalf.
I live outside of Bolivia. Can I apply?
Currently, we only represent models based in Bolivia. If you're planning to relocate, feel free to apply and mention this in your application.
